Well if that were true you'd expect the ...Haha. Well if that were true you'd expect the turnover rate of women in engineering to be lower than what it is for men, which it isn't. And you'd expect that if the national average of women graduating college is significantly higher than the national average of women working in the industry, that you'd see the industry % rising over the last decade.
